“The recently re-surfaced and refurbished artificial pitches have been really well received. We have a programme that encompasses use of our pitches by professional football teams, student sports teams and local clubs. They have all expressed their delight at being able to use fantastic surfaces throughout the year.

The athletics track too has been well received. The quality of the finish is exemplary and our students and local athletics club have welcomed the improvement.

As Scotland University for Sporting Excellence our users expect and demand the best sports surfaces and we have been delighted with the feedback that they have given us.

We too were delighted with the way in which the project was managed and delivered. It was a smooth operation with no surprises and, most significantly, a really good end result.”

  • Reading FC V Mother Nature

Mother Nature is certainly a force to be reckoned with!
During the construction of the new 3G pitch for Reading FC, we had all types of weather thrown at us; rain resulting in floods, frost, snow, rain and more floods!
Both McArdle Sport Tec and Reading FC are pleased that the Desso iDNA50 3G pitch is now complete and already in use.
